The seminar proceeds to focus on the different loan programs available and the requirements associated with each. The instructor will go through in detail the different loan products, terms, rates and fees associated with each.

Finally, the instructor will briefly explain the importance of a business plan and the dynamics it entails as well as explaining the basics on credit scores.
